Purposes:
This
function allows the user to change the display of the collection tool history
screen by selecting a different status, or unselecting a status that has
already been checked off, or by removing the checks in the check boxes of
certain collection tool types in the Tool section of the screen, or by
selecting a different sort order for the collection tools to display.

Helpful Hints:
·
MIMS
user may wish to “Alter Criteria” to selectively determine a specific list of
collection tools.
·
Current
Default is set to all collection tools checked off and Active and Other items
will display on the Collection Tool History Screen.
·
At
least one tool and at least one status must be selected.
· Collection Tool-“Other”
1) In the conversion some items could not be placed
so these are classified as “other.” Examples of “other” collection tools are
the SOF-Statement of Finances and Default Hearing items.
2) Another possible use is when a new collection
tool has been established, the “other” could be used until the real tool screen
is built and migrated into the MIMS Application.

Collections à Collection Tool History à Alter Criteria
Procedure:
1.
To
alter the criteria for the collection tools displayed, select “Alter Criteria”
at the bottom right of the Collection Tool History screen. Deselect any tools that are not required in
the list.
2.
Select
the status for the applicable tool.
Note just one or all status’s may be selected
3.
MIMS
defaults to the ‘Issue Date’, however ‘Tool’ or ‘Last Update’ may alternately
be used.
4.
Click
‘Apply’ to save the selections.
