·         MIMS user may wish to “Alter Criteria” to selectively determine a specific list of collection tools.

·         Current Default is set to all collection tools checked off and Active and Other items will display on the Collection Tool History Screen.

·         At least one tool and at least one status must be selected.

·        Collection Tool-“Other”

 1) In the conversion some items could not be placed so these are classified as “other.” Examples of “other” collection tools are the SOF-Statement of Finances and Default Hearing items.

2) Another possible use is when a new collection tool has been established, the “other” could be used until the real tool screen is built and migrated into the MIMS Application.
